General discussion

need some suggestions.

Found a free download of readings of Poe works and made a CD to take to my son at the nursing home. He shared them and it turned up missing, well it was still on my hard drive so I made another for him. Does anybody know of any other material like this that I could download? Something in the public domain.
Thanks

Triggerstreet

I got my weekly update from Triggerstreet today and it made me think of your post from about a month ago.

If you would like to read new original screenplays or see orignal film clips, visit Triggerstreet.

http://www.triggerstreet.com

One of the co-founders of this site is Kevin Spacey. It was started as a way for unknown writers to present their works to the world.

Several of the screenplays have been picked up by Hollywood and the site is growing in popularity by some insiders in show business.

It is now sponsered by Budweiser.

All of their screenplays are copywrited but are open for anyone to read and the readers can provide feedback to the authors if they care to.

You can download any for your own consumption and they can be passed along to others as long as you include the name of the author and the Triggerstreet website name.

You have to become a member and they want a good bit of information for you to become a memeber. They do this because they expect that their members will also become contributors to the site. They are covering the bases in regards to copywrites.

Before you can contribute a screenplay you must first read and submit a review for two screenplays.

If your son would like to read some original screenplays, you might check out the Triggerstreet site. They add hundred more screenplays each week.
