Question

Need some help understanding Visual C++/.NET Framework.

Nov 4, 2011 12:25PM PDT

This is a lot to ask, but a question that was fairly simple turned into this (my most recent thread). I have no idea what all of this "All in One Framework" or "Shell Extension" stuff means (click on the links in the first response to my post), let alone how to make use of it. Should I just give it up now, or is there someone out there who can help me figure out where to begin? Thanks in advance for your help.

After a few years of studying programming, you'll understand. I'd start with your local university to see what courses they offer.

It appears that .NET can't be used for this.
