Need some help!! Ipod...

by KP2004 / December 13, 2006 2:01 AM PST

Was just wondering if anyone here knows of a good home audio reciever which has an I pod hook up for it. Been out of the loop on electronics for a while and was wanting to find one for a family member. Any advice? I've seen the Ipod stations, but was wanting a full reciever that did what most due plus the ipod. Thanks in advance!

most yamaha receivers above $400 will support a $100 ipod adapter that plugs directly into the back of the receiver and you can control everything through the receiver's remote.

Lots of the newest model receivers have an iPod dock feature

often as an additional optional charge. Check out specs at c/net reviews & manufacturers websites. As with any newly introduced feature, if it catches on, & this one seems like a natural due to overwhelming acceptance of the iPod, price will come down subsequently if one can wait a year or two.

Convenient? Heck yes.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
