Need some help in downloading movies

I just bought a new iphone and I have never tried downloading free movies to iphone..how do i download. Can somebody help me in telling me what application should i use and what are tehe steps on how to go about?

Well 2, if you count iTunes.

The software I needed was called HANDBRAKE.
