need simple help

i just forgot what to write in msconfig for me to be able to access my sound configuration for start up shutdown n n all other stuff.. anyone who can help me?! thanks for the info n advance..

alainken3, If you mean the Startup & Shutdown sounds click Start>Control Panel and open Sounds and Audio Devices and look under the Sounds tab. If you mean the Startup programs click Start>Run and type in msconfig and click OK, then look under the Startup tab.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
