Need Runescape Help Please

I have a high school student who has abandoned schoolwork and life in general because of online computer gaming. He's in therapy; the therapist recommends limiting, not eliminating, his playing time. I am able to limit his WoW playing through parental controls, but I'm unable to find any such thing for Runescape. Is anyone familiar with any sort of limiting action on Runescape?

I've seen these types of threads on other forums deteriorate into name calling and other negative spins. Could we please avoid that here? I'm just asking for help. Thanks!

You can always just limit access to his computer with local security policies and set it so he can only log in at certain times.
