May be a country issue.

Some countries block such. I can't help much unless you have a file server for me to send those files to.

The site only allows one download every 6 minutes. This will take time.

When you encounter a limit of the onboard drivers the quick fix is to install a video card. Around here, can be under 20.

To look for drivers other than the maker, you would (in a new post please) note that you have the maker's drivers, what you said in this "Thanks" and then what video chips and board details you can scrape up with EVEREST and other tools.

I don't have this board so I can't guess what they used for the video.

It's possible it's some Intel GMA and a maker could omit that since the system builder knows to get that at ... intel.com.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
