Need Italian proofing tool for Word 2000

by NassauLiMan / December 29, 2009 11:55 AM PST

Anyone have any ideas how I can find the Italian proofing tools for Word 2000? Microsoft says the program is discontinued/no longer supported.

new (did you try your local softwareshops?), try secondhand (eBay or comparable). Or upgrade to a later version of MS Office.

Been looking ... can not find
by NassauLiMan / December 29, 2009 9:56 PM PST

Microsoft no longer sells the program, I looked on line, on eBay, etc. and have not found it.

I found something called Spell Check Anywhere from a third party. Worth buying?

As for upgrading that is a costly option ......

I find MS Office Home and Student (licensed for 3 PC's) for 99 euro. And it will sure last another 5 years.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
