I'm currently planning our new home theater setup, and would like advice as to the most practical & affordable methods.
The way we plan to setup our new system will require about 50 ft (give or take maybe 5-10ft) of HDMI cabling.
While I want our system to work well, I am not worried about it being 'perfect'. Right now we are using a couple short, generic HDMI cables, and we are very pleased. So all I am aiming to do is at least replicate that same quality.
So, with that said, due to the length and obviously the price, what would be my best choice? Several smaller cables? as few longer ones as possible? Do I really NEED gold HDMI?
