I just got my ZVM and when I browse by artist somtimes nothing will come up under particular artists what can I do?

Just got Zen M and love it

It's worth the price
supports more formats than ipod
better screen resolution than ipod
can be used to store data

I can't think of one bad thing about the Zen M
