New laptop by HP, yeah!. Hmm, doesn't boot when my phone is plugged in. 3 months later I've tracked it done to a BIOS issue (I'm an engineer and more) so I know calls get long with HP and I set aside the day and start early. 8+ hours later HP remoting in and more and it's not fixed. So back it goes.
2 weeks the machine comes back and new problem. It locks up in 5 minutes.

HP walks on any further repair or support. This is at 3 months. 6 months of calls and surveys don't find HP offering any fix. So I call it. HP has indeed turned into a company you don't want their products any longer.
