Need Help with SyncToy

I downloaded the free version of SynToy to use to backup my computer. I did the synchronize from C: drive to the J: drive which had my external drive.My computer is showing that my C: drive is almost at capacity and is asking me to delete files. How do I find the duplicate files that I put on my C: drive? Obviously I did this wrong by choosing to synchronize.

I'm hoping you can tell me how to get my C: drive back to the way it was before I did this.
