Most desktops do. If so, and you may need to obtain a keyboard and mouse with PS2 plugs, but it should allow you to use a mouse and keyboard to set things right. Unplug the USB devices, plug in the PS2 stuff and restart the machine. It's important to note that the computer may not immediately recognize a PS2 keyboard/mouse and a couple of restarts might be needed to allow the computer to accept the new hardware.

so i was trying to INSTALL bluetooth on my HP OMNI desktop OS 32 bit its running windows 10 and like an idiot i DELETED the freaking USB port so now my mouse and keyboard wont work outside the BIOS and CMD.... ive tried to factory reset like 15 different ways and the ******* wont even do that.. i hadnt set up a date to back it up to so i cant go that route either? any ideas? im at a road block. ive basically accepted ill most likely loose a good majority of my stuff tho so im open to anything
