You didn't mention which OS or the error message. So I'd install this machine's CHIPSET and if it has them, USB drivers before I'd try again.
BTW, small world I have this model: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WXSO76/
I can test it on W10 and see if I need ANY drivers here. Some of these just work on W10.
Hello everyone! So I’m having an issue with my pc. My internet has always been bad so I was trying to help speed it up and do a little cleaning on my pc. Here is everything I did in order: I updated my GeForce gpu drivers, restarted my pc, uninstalled the drivers for the WiFi adapter, reinstalled, restarted, adapter didn’t work... it said it was running into a software error, tried using all the USB ports, switching the antenna, reinstalling the drivers for different versions of windows (7,8,10) nothing is working, it’s an Alpha AWUSO36NH indoor WiFi adapter, still have the driver disc, on windows 10 pro, thank you everyone!
