the only way i can think of would be
tools>>email accounts>>view/change........choose the ISP email account,Change, then under User Information type in your name.
you may want to set it back tho. i wouldnt think your boss would be happy handing his boss a printed email with your name on it.
Here at work we each have our own email (pop mail from ISP). My outlook is setup with my pop mail account and also my boss' mailbox on the server here (MS SBS 2003). Note that there is no mail sent to my boss' mailbox on the server, this account is used stricly for the calendar. I have the mailbox added to my outlook so I can access his calendar.
The problem is this. When I print any email, his name appears at the top of the printout. If I remove his mailbox from my outlook, it prints with my name at the top as it should. I need access to his calendar though.
Can anyone tell me how I can get the printouts to print without my boss' name appearing at the top of the page?
