need help with MYM10 program

hi. my dad has the MYM10 program installed in windows... er, rather i installed it for him.

opening the program, it continues to try and load, ie: "wait" at the bottom of the screen and it won't get past the opening screen.

i tried reinstalling the program, by completely overriding the old one. i thought this would help. also, on andrew tobias website, he said possibly that you could replace the "little.dbs" file and that could help. i tried this, and it didn't work.

the program still "waits" and it won't get past that point. does anyone know what i can do? my dad is freaking out because he can't get the program to work and i can't get him to use more current programs that would work with xp. he's limited with the computer usage, if you get my drift.

Ouch. Did it ever work on this machine? The details are far too sparse here but it's possible that you may need to find V12.
