Need help with my Creative Zen PMC...

Dec 2, 2005 2:09AM PST

Okay- I played a video file (all video files have been virus-scanned, so rule it out as a possibility) and it basically froze ten seconds into the video. An hour before this happened, all the sound stopped working. I turned it off, I removed the battery and put it back in, I even deleted the file in question, but nothing is happening. I don't know why, but it's stuck on this one frame of the video file, and none of the buttons work. Any suggestions?

can you try removing it from the player via your computer and see if other files play OK.

Nothing doing... even though there is nothing left on the drive, it's still stuck on the same frame of that same video. Any help, PLEASE! I spent nearly 300 dollars on this, and it only worked for two stinking days.
