Need Help with Msconfig

I know sometime earlier this year, there was a posting about how to remove some program from your startup in order to make XP startup faster.

I still have the instuctions on how to run msconfig.
I have losted the site where you can lookup programs that you do need to keep and program that you may want to remove.

Can someone tell me where that site is?
