You didn't mention which version of ms works you have.
Try this Works has a pre-formatted database called accounts receivable which has entries for name, address, billing month, charges, etc. Formats are also available for listing accounts and inventory

I feel bad asking this question but after attempting to find the information myself with no luck I decided to post my question here. For years I have had and still have an old PC with WIN 95 that I have done quite a lot of word processing on but today I'm attempting to do the same on a newer Dell desktop PC with WIN XP.
All I want to do is create an invoice or a billing statement on this computer using the newer version of Works but I can't seem to figure out how to locate samples of invoices or statements in the software on this newer Dell computer.
I have found out how to compose and print out a letter; an envelope; but haven't been able to find sample templates for billing; invoices; statements; etc. If I can't figure it out I'll go do it on my old WIN 95 PC where I know that I can. Certainly Works on WIN XP has the same capabilities doesn't it? Advise anyone when you can.
