My best friend and I are having our birthday party next weekend (She'll be 21 and I'll be 22). I'm putting together a slideshow of photos - both scanned (already done this) and digital. We've been doing our birthday's together for 12 years now...so there's a lot of diverse pictures.
I don't have heaps of time to spend doing this.. so thought i'd ask - what's the best way to make a picture slideshow?
I have the program that came with my Nikon Coolpix S5 camera, but I didn't know if that would be the best program to use.
I am also using a Toshiba Tecra A4 laptop with Microsoft Windows XP.
I'll need to be able to re-order slides, and add captions. It would be great to have some kind of transition effects too.
At the end, I want to burn it to a DVD.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
