Try a CHKDSK /F /X on all drives which should cause a reboot. Also, turn this off:

Hi all, ive been encountering a problem regarding my computer while playing games. Basically, it is extremely slow to load things in, but once they are loaded in then they work fine. For example, in the game World of Warcraft, when i first log in the loading screen takes about 5 minutes and the game might crash, but after i wait for the zone to load, i can log out and log back in and load into the same zone in about 10 seconds. Same goes for any other game, the game will stutter/freeze when something pops up that has not been loaded in yet. Upon restarting or shutting down my computer, if i were to get back onto World of Warcraft the loading screen would take around 5 or 6 minutes to load in again. I'm not sure if this is a memory or hard drive problem, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Computer specs:
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Processor - Intel Core i7-6700k
Operating System - Windows 10
Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB
Power Supply - EVGA supernova 850 watt
Hard drive - Seagate ST2000DM001 Barracuda 2TB
Also, my disk usage in task manager is always at 100%.
