Did you try it twice and type in the right code?
Did you try using a Security question?
If both don't work maybe contact microsoft
I can't seem to sign in to my email address.
I have clicked on "forgot password" and then clicked on send password to alternative email...but I did not get an email.
Is there any other way? I am really worried because I run a business using this email address.
Your help would be greatly apprectiated.
