Do you get the same issue when using the game console at a 1080i output?
This issue may happen as a result of how the movie was ripped, and unfortunately, I'm not sure how to get that video/audio codec information. That said, if it's happening with games too, it may be how the signal is sent. It would be somewhat pivotal to know if you're able to not have the symptom while using other resolutions.
I have a 46 inch Samsung series 6 LCD (LN46C630)
I have it connected to my PS3 Slim By a HDMI Cord ( good one not a ****** one)
I have a video saved to my ps3 slim (Avatar full hd 1080p) When i watch it i get this error "the resolution is not supported on this TV. please change the resolution".... It happens in random spots. To fix the error i just turn off the TV turn it back on and play it from where it screwed up.
At first i thought maybe it was the video so i didn't think anything of it... Now i am playing moder warfare 2 and i get the same error at random times. On the PS3 slim i have the video settings set to automatic...
How do i fix this problem this TV is suppose to me full HD 1080p.
PS: In the corner where u switch from sources the ps3 one says 1620x1080 @ 60 hz
