There are tomes about clearing cache in Android devices. Example at http://forums.androidcentral.com/sprint-galaxy-s-ii-epic-4g-touch/349590-samsung-2-error-retrieving-information-server-rpc-s-3-a.html
Frankly this issue is getting a little tiresome. It's time for Samsung to address not only this but all your issues. Time for them to engage folk that have troubles and make more robust solutions.
Why in the world would you need a Samsung account in your scenario?
Bob
Hi,
I like to use Samsung's Remote PC software on my Galaxy Tab Pro to play video files stored on my PC on my TV. Recently the Remote PC software was updated causing it to display the error "126".
According to Samsung, this means: "The issue is related to the update on Samsung Account. Once updated, already installed Remote PC app fails to authenticate with Samsung Account due to mismatching version and displays the pop-up message "Error code - 126"."
I have deleted and created various Samsung accounts now, trying to reconnect with the Remote PC app but it simply won't let me! I have a Samsung account created and connected to my tablet, I then try to sign in at the Remote PC's website (http://remotepc.rview.com/login), only to get given this message:
"To use the service, verify your Samsung account with a device that has the Remote PC app installed."
What the hell?
I still have the install file saved on my PC from last time, but even that won't work. I install it on my PC, start the app on my tablet and try to connect, only to get this message:
"Attention. The network connection has been lost. Try connecting again. 99928282"
My network connection is absolutely fine. I do not understand this message at all.
Can somebody PLEASE help me? I'm going out of my mind with confusion. I've reached out to Samsung's customer service but they're completely useless.
Thanks!
