The link on your page should point to the .swf file. So it can be everywhere depending on how you code the link. My preference is to put .swf files and .jpg files in separate subfolders, but that's just a preference.

I purchased the banner design Pro though this site a few weeks ago. Even though they tell you that there is a totoraial section to help yo learn how to use it..this section only includes about 3 FAQ's and has not been helpful to me at all. The phone support people are nice but you can tell they are outsourced and sometimes do not hear your entire problem therefore are overall not as helpful.
I was told to upload both the html file as well as swf file to my ftp. I went through my sever, globat.com and uploaded it from there. I was then told that the files needed to be in the same folder as the page i was tryng to upload the banner to. However, my page is in my httpsdoc folder under the root directory and then the page is not in a separate folder..all my pages for the site are just in the httpsdoc section in ABC order. What folder are they talking about? Im confused. Im not a web design person and i was trying not to pay someone to simply upload a banner..it cost too much..this is why i bought the program in the first place...to save money. I need someone to walk me though the process.
Both html and swf files are uploading on my server..possiblie in the wrong place?? When i go to cut and paste the html code in my website, i get a blank space after publishing it and a black box when its in the html editor. what am i doing wrong?? Should i be placing swf doc somewhere in the html code? If so..where?
Thanks,
Shay
