need help to unblock ad software in avg 8 antivirus program

Feb 24, 2009 11:23PM PST

I am trying to view tv episodes on computer but message comes up saying I can not watch until i unblock my ad blocking software. I checked with my IE and Mozilla Firefox and removed the block pop up software for those sites but it seems to still block the programs so I think it has to do with the avg settings. I have no idea how to change the settings so that the ad blocker part of it unblocks for those particular web sites. Please help explain step by step if possible.

are usually in Flash format. Look around for any type of Flash blocker setting. Then, again, do you have Flash installed?

dont use flash. These are streaming full tv episodes direct from the network like cbs.com etc. It says to remove ad blocking software from browser and i cant find a setting on either firefox or IE that has ad blocking on it that I can uncheck. I cant find a setting on AVG that allows me to uncheck the antispyware which may be doing it either.
