Need help to find the right video conference software

Jan 7, 2006 4:33PM PST

I need a video conference software that allows 3-4 persons can see each other online at the same time and talk to each other. We cannot afford to pay the high monthly fee for those provided for the company use. We are using it for family meeting purpose. Do I need to set up a server. If so, what program do I need to buy so we can have 3-4 persons from different locations to see and talk to each other at the same time. Thks
