Need help to configure wifi solution

Dear All,

is it possible that user can connect wifi but unable to browse till allow manually ?

Look in the user manual of the router for the options you have, like parental control or port blocking for a connection or Mac-address. You'll need another (most likely Ethernet-connected) PC to change the router settings to unblock it manually when needed.

Possible but with so many workarounds today.

Could be parental controls but I found VPNs often can make a good workaround when the owners can't figure this out.
