Yes, an obvious risk, but life presents some risks every day. The concept of finding an honest man should not be terribly onerous.
We want to order surround sound or virtual surround sound system for the performance room in the public library to show movies and play a Wii but we don't know what size or type of equipment we would need. The room is approx. 1300 sq feet. A dvd player resides in the back with a projector on the ceiling and screen in front for movies. Sound is from the projector's speaker, it's not very good. We would have an LCD tv for the Wii to avoid a tangle of wires.
A decent low to midrange set up is what we'd like. Minimal wires to avoid a trip hazard and portable or wall mounted speakers since the floor is used for multiple functions. I see systems with wireless rear speakers but for our room wireless front speakers would be better.
Would a HTIB suffice, or should we go components? The virtual surround "sound bars" look promising but are they worth it?
Thank for your recommendation.
