Question

Need help removing virus from computer

Im on windows 10 and i ran a mcaffee scan and i have 4 unwanted programs. Also everytime i open the internet browser and try to go to a website it stops responding and i get flooded with ads and popups. So yeah i cant download a software removal thing

The unwanted programs are:
Adware-Linkury
Artemis!36b8bf903ca3
Artemis!61409e0e997e
Artemis!1b6b8c35c1ef

Does anyone know how i would go about getting rid of this? Thank you

Im running windows 10 on the toshiba satellite. Im not sure exactly which one it is but its a fairly new one since it already had windows 10 when j got it

"safe mode with networking." Since we don't have an exact model number it's a guess as to which "F" key to keep tapping at startup to get there.

PS. You could download Grif's tools to a USB stick from another PC then go into BIOS and set to boot from USB.

I hope you have friends or use the library's PC. download to either or those and get this pgm. ----> Hitmanpro. Then install on blank CD or flash drive. If done correctly you will have a bootable device, thus access your PC to assure it boots from that device 1st. It no longer needs to boot into the windows OS, it on its own start cleaning, checking and removing any infection(s). Its best you have internet acccess but not 100% necessary just better to have it.
