Need Help Removing Blasterball Trojan

Blasterball trojan masking everything will not allow me to open Taskmanager neither will it allow me to run Malwarebytes. Help! How do I isolate this ******* to get it off? And why is McAfee trash?

did you tried Norton Power Eraser or Microsoft Safety Scanner?

Download and install ClamAV portable on a flash drive using another computer. Run ClamAV once to update definitions then plug the thumbdrive into the infected computer and scan. ClamAV will find the trojan and help you dispose of it.
