There are so many out there to choose from, it is sort of tough. Not knowing what you are using for a computer I can just guess. HDMI or DVi would probably be the best for hook ups, depending upon you computer hdwe capabilities. Many combo monitors have TV capability as well which many people use with good reults. Do a little research on different manufacturers and you should be able to get an idea of what will suit your needs. I use Samsung monitors on 2 different systems, one 21" and 1 24", both 1080p capable hooked via HDMI and I am very pleased with the performance of both. Good luck and have fun!
I'm still using a 19 inch CRT monitor
for my PC and I'm interested in joining the 21st century by purchasing
an LCD monitor or TV to serve as both a PC montior and a TV. My intentions are to have the new monitor/TV
serve as a viewing TV, gaming TV for my xbox360 and Wii, general PC
stuff such as web surfing, and PC gaming.
I have absolutely no idea what
to look for or where to start. My questions are
1)What size would best meet all of my intended needs above? (I was looking at 32 inch 1080P TVs)
2) Should I get a TV or a monitor that has HDMI inputs?
3)If a TV would be best can anyone provide a few recommendation?
I appreciate the help!!!!!
