need help port forwarding

hi before i got my wireless router i have been using a speedstream 5100 modem, my isp is sbc, recently i have gotten a linksys wrt150n wireless router which is connected to the modem, before i had the whole router setup i could host online servers with the click of a mouse, now when i host a dedicated server on any online game it will not show up on any query server list that i use, i have been told if i properly port forward my servers will appear on the query lists, i have tried but so far no success, could someone please help

Did you read the user manual ...

of the wrt150n router? I didn't check this one, but most are configurable via the same browser-interface that you use to set the channel and the WPA-key. Just another choice in the menu to come to the port-forwarding page.

After reading through the site you might take advantage of their PFConfig but I recommend reading first so you are aware of what is going on.
