The official method no doubt is documented in the user manual. But if you goofed up and that doesn't work anymore, the next step is to order the recovery media from Asus customer service.

By the way, what was the issue that made you try 'resetting', how did you 'reset' and why didn't that work? It could just be a hardware failure that isn't cured by reinstalling Windows.

As I said, the best way is to order the recovery disks, since they come with all software (drivers, utilities) and settings as the original.

If you download and install Windows from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 (substitute your own local country and language data) you'll need to install that Asus specific software yourself, after downloading it from their site.
There's a small chance you need to buy a Windows license. But probably it's free.

I'm finding folk getting lost over how to install Windows from retail copies. It's just too hard for them and moderators and techs do not know how to install fully unless they own such a model and wrote down the step by step. That's too rare.

Using the restore media is best.
