Canon and Nikon are both very good.
Of these 3, I will suggest you pick the cheaper XSi, about $100 cheaper which can buy you an additional tele lens.

So my 17th birthday is on the 15th, and I will be getting an slr camera. (paying for about half of it.) I'm looking at a price range of about $600-$750, I've done months of research, and right now the three cameras that have caught my eye, that I would potentially buy are:

I also have owned the canon a540 for 3-4 years, and the canon a2000is for about a year, so I do have some experience with canon cameras, but I've never owned a nikon camera before.
Anyway, I'm just wondering what you guys think would be the best option? You can reccommend other cameras to me if you want, although I'd prefer a canon or nikon.
I know with my canon cameras if there is extreme sunlight the screen often gets washed out and sometimes the photos come out pretty noisy (I'm not sure if this is corrected with the canon slrs), however, the image quality is usually very good, but hey, I'm not a professional photographer.
Anyway, if you guys could just give me your opinions on this and any other information you feel essential, that would be great.
