Need help on picking cell phone

I'm trying to find the best cell phone for my needs. I really don't care about service provider, although I'd prefer it to be either T-Mobile or Cingular because Verizon doesn't work in my area and I've had terrible experiences with Sprint before, and I'd like it to have several key featuers. It must be a flip phone with color screens inside and outside the phone, have a speakerphone, a megapixel camera preferably with a flash, and I'd like it to do video recording as well. If there is such a phone out there that isn't too pricy or too big (like I said flipphone, not into candy bar or blackberry kind of things) please let me know because I have been unsuccesful in finding one.
