The good news is, all name brand digital cameras take great photos.
I will give you a starting place.
For about $180 you can find the Canon A510.
Here is a review of the camera:
After you read the review, I suggest you go to a store that will let you get your hands on the cameras. I believe you will find the A510 at Staples, Circuit City and WalMart.
See if it is what you have in mind for fitting in a pocket and see how it feels in your hands.
Even if you do not choose that camera, you will then have a better idea of what you want.
I am a teenager so the first thing I will state is that I have very little money so it can't be super expensive ($100 to $200 if possible, but maybe $300. Under $100 would be phenominal).
I would like to get a camera with decent picture quality (something I can Photoshop and use on the web or maybe print out - at small sizes - and have it look pretty good). I would also like to have video on it. I would need to be pretty small so I can carry it in my pocket, but my pockets are pretty big, so I don't necessarily need one of those credit card size ones. Finally, a screen on it is necessary so I can view the pictures after I take them. That is a must.
Please help with requesting a few choices. Thanks.
