Need Help on Cisco Secure ACS 3.0 for Windows

Hi, I`m installing Cisco Secure ACS ver 3.0 for Window in a server IBM xSeries 366 with Windows 2003 64 bits. It exceeds, for much, the requirements of hardware, and I`m sure the installation is ok, but it doesn`t run. Would somebody tell me if this software only runs in w2k and NT?

I know this product is out of sale and is not supported by the company, so i really apreciate you help.
