Need help on booting windows from a 4gb usb flash disk

Is there any other way to boot windows from a flash than bartPE? My drive is 4gigs, so all options are open from a space perspective. (according to some of the articles ive read, i cant format a 4gig drive correctly either.) It seems like given a 4g drive, there would be a simple format and copy solution....

If unable to solve, are there any free forums that might be able to?

Even if Microsoft didn't intentionally design Windows not to work this way, it would almost certainly be a violation of the EULA, and thus illegal.

It's not running completely from the flash, there are many other involvments and Microsoft was well aware of booting from flash. It still has to be native to your pc either way. I doubt Cnet would put that article if it was in violation. Bart PE may have to be used no matter what. Unless the question is soley to run windows off the flash and not need a hard drive, then no although it wouldn't be transferrable anyway. It would be like throwing your OS hard drive into another pc, no go.
