Need help!! my display flickering or blinking, new gpu

I recently upgraded my gpu from gt 730 to gtx 750 ti, my monitor screen is flickering and blinking with new graphic card.
My psu is intex techno 450w.
I wonder if my psu is not providing enough power to gtx 750 ti.
Please help!!

Did this new card require an aux power connector?
Try a different port on the video card.

It doesnt require power connector & my motherboard has only one pcie port.
Wonder if 450w psu isnt the issue here???

I just looked up the TDP on the 750 Ti at http://www.geeks3d.com/20090618/graphics-cards-thermal-design-power-tdp-database/ and it's 60 Watts.. The 730 on Nivida's page calls out 38 Watts so that's 22 more Watts which is about ONE HARD DRIVE of power draw.

Should be fine unless there's some motherboard rare issue.

What I would do is to install the Geforce Experience app and get the latest drivers. Then if this happens in Chrome, google about that.
