Need help in deciding on which cellphone to get.

Ok, I recently decided to switch to verizon since it has good service than t-mobile in buffalo area. I already checked out some phones with the features I wanted and so far here are my choices and their cons:

* Motorola Razr V3c - no expandable memory capacity
* Samsung A950
* Nokia 6256i - not 1.3 mp camera
* Motorola E815

I need your help to decide which is the best phone when it comes to:

* good speakerphone quality
* good bluetooth connection
* very good signal
* good pics quality

Any comments appreciated. Thanks.
