http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-TC-32LX85-32-Inch-720p-HDTV/dp/B0014CV92G seems to have good owner reviews too.

However I'd pass it up unless there is some reason untold. The Pan looks to have shipped in 2004 so I would be guessing these are used. If so, all bets are off which one is best as the reviews are for new units and since both appear to be CCFL (not LED) then the colors and such can have shifted just like all of those did.
