Need help identifying computer item

Hello everyone,

First time posting and I'm hoping to get some guidance. I found an item in our computer stuff that I have no clue what it is. Looks really strange as I think it has an audio jack on it and two cords with lights on the end of each. Is there a place that I could post this picture to get help identifying what it is?

I use photobucket.com and you can use that or something else.
