Need Help handling Optimizer Pro and Malware byets.

1) I paid for 2 computers to have Opitmizer pro for 1 year, in June. My computer crashed and I've yet to get it put back on. I finally just asked for a refund. No reply! I see it's fill of spam - how can I get my money back? Who do I go to?

2) I keep getting a database error on malwarebytes. I was finally told to left click on it - but it made no change. Anyone reccomend a freebie malware THEY like?
