need help finding software

I am looking for software that will allow me to zoom in on video clips that have been shot from afar. I am currently using Pinnacle 9 that deoes not offer me this feature....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I will share I can use VIRTUAL DUB to zoom, pan or clip. I decline from writing a tutorial on how to use this free software but suffice it to say it does work. Some may find it too hard and will need more user friendly software.
