Need help finding a quality bluetooth for my LG VX8100

May 26, 2006 6:41AM PDT

I have been through 2 Motorola bluetooths so far. The first, an HS-850 had bad sound quality and didn't understand my voice commands. I upgraded to the newer HS-700 and it's WORSE. I have such static when my phone is only on my belt clip and that one isn't great at understanding voice commands either.

I really need to find a bluetooth with QUALITY sound and voice recognition capabilities.

Can anybody direct me to the best bluetooth for my cell?????

Thank you!

What about the HBM-300, it's only $59.99? I'm not sure of the audio quality but I assume it can't be any worse then your last headset.

Its offered in Click Here For HTML Goodies and

Jabra JX10
May 26, 2006 10:57AM PDT

I've had the Jabra JX10 for about a week now, and I am completely impressed. It's light as a feather. It stays in my ear without a clip. It sounds good and it's got plenty of volume. I'm told I sound good; calls to my own voice mail sound great.

I've been using it with the Cingular 8125, which I must say is a really good phone.

This pairing blows away my previous Bluetooth solution, which was the Jabra BT250 and Nokia 6620.

Where can I find the Jabra JX10 for a reasonable price?
May 26, 2006 11:59AM PDT

I saw the Jabra JX10 online, I forget the site. But it was listed for $149.95. A bit expensive for me. I'd like to see if it would work with my LG VX8100, because I think the JX10 needs phones with 1.2 specifications, and I beleive my LG is only 1.1.
