Need help debugging a few BSOD (have Whocrashed report)

It seems the ntoskrnl.exe file is causing it. Any fixes?

"your computer."

Not a word about that, so here's what to do next. Think over what changed since it worked proper. If it never worked proper, back to its maker to have them set the machine up proper.

PS. While interesting, the stuff you posted is useless without all the other useful machine details and your story.

I accidentally posted twice so I apologize.

The Win7 is from a clean install after upgrading from Win XP. The HD was reformmated before installing the OS

That's just the beginning.

I have a core 2 quad from HP. It's a d4999t and AFTER I installed Windows 7 clean I had to go find the motherboard drivers among a few others.

What I'm reading today is that many think the Microsoft DVD has all the drivers or that "Driver Update" button will actually work.

How can I write a nice answer to that?

I was looking over the dumps you posted and found it interesting tha they have ties to memory and memory management. I would suggest first check your page file settings. Start> Right click Computers then click properties then: In the left pane, click Advanced system settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.
Click the Advanced tab, and then, under Virtual memory, click Change. You can set a manual size of 1.5 times the amount of actual RAM installed. The other option to try if your page file adjustment does not work is testing the RAM it self: You can run the built in tool in Windows 7 by clicking the Start then typing in memory under the space provided by "All Programs" then a few items will appear, click the one that says "Diagnose your computers memory problems" I would do the automatic which will require a reboot to run the diagnostics. Hope this helps rule in or out a few things.
