Need help creating and implementing IT solutions

Aug 5, 2009 12:37AM PDT

Hi fellow members, I run a quality management consultancy. I had to face a lot of IT related issues in the past, which resulted in exceeding the deadlines on many occasions incurring Service Delivery penalties upon us. I have decided to hire a company with experienced IT consultants. Please recommend any such companies based on your personal experience or share more info about such companies.

That heavily depends on:
- what kind of services you want (hardware, network, custom application software, website building, to name a few common examples)
- if you need local support or would be happy with some offshore company (in Ukrain or Vietnam, for example)
- if local support, where you are located

That's right, there are certain factors that must be considered before deciding on an IT company. How big or small is your company? Where are you located? What particular IT solutions do you need (software, database, website, etc)? By addressing these issues, you can make a clearer decision with regards to outsourcing services. Companies like Best It can also help you determine the best system for you.

Well, what kind of business do you own? As mentioned above, your location, the size of the business and the particular IT solutions your business needs are important to answering this question. I have heard of a company called Best IT, but I don't know a lot about them. I did visit their website, (www.bestit.com), which had useful information and resources for anyone on this topic.
