Ask them about the three screen capability.

Where does it write that GPU does 3 screens? Also, you do know that it will take quite the performance hit with that many screens? maybe 2 cards would be better if gaming?

If they won't talk to you I'd shop elsewhere. Once the sale is over they usually shove you off to the product maker. Right now, you have their attention. If not, imagine support later!

Re: screens

Bob says "no three screens". That's great help, isn't it? It helps you to not buy the wrong equipment.

And he says that - before buying something - you ask the shop if they sell what you want. If they dont know or they don't sell it, shop somewhere else. The idea is that good pre-sales support (like answering relevant questions and taking time for you) means they are likely to offer good after-sale support also. Isn't that a great tip also?

What more help do you need?

Re: car

I've never needed a car to ask questions and get answers, only to get an assembled PC out of a shop to my home.

If they are great at service, I'm sure they can comment on your proposed configuration, given the intended use of the machine.

Sorry if I didn't convey the "no 3 screens" well. Can you

Can you reveal more about the 3 screen use?

For example, if this was for work, web surfing, coding and such I'd toss some USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter on there and be done for the 3rd display.

If this was for gaming then I send you to http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html then you can pick one to match your budget and we start detailing out 3 displays connected HOW?

Sorry no.

The video card didn't offer 3 HDMI ports so my bet is that you are trying to setup a 3 panel game rig of the usual HDMI displays. Given the non support from that supplier my bet is you'll need 2 video cards or one of those Matrox cards but those don't score well on games.

There's another reason for more cards. One card is usually to drive a single display so 2 displays and you see troubles as that's twice the work load.

The chips and design are from ATI or Nvidia. It's been that way for over a decade. Anyhow, use the list then see if that model is made by them.
