Need help choosing a laptop.

i live in Saudi Arabia, and laptop models here have their own model numbers for Saudi Arabia only, i'm currently interested in buying this laptop, for graphic designing and related to that work.

Sorry but the model you have provided is totally different to what i am asking of, its an i5 and i'm looking in a i7.

apply to? If so, you would realize everything else can be the same on the laptops other than that one single part which is different.
